Zusammenfassung

ChainSecurity is seeking a dynamic marketing/BD professional to amplify our brand in the Web3 space. You will meet potential clients and partners globally, manage collaboration requests, and help drive customer satisfaction through operations and marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in blockchain/DeFi, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong English communication. Travel to conferences 4–5 times yearly is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English with excellent writing skills.
• 2+ years in blockchain/DeFi ecosystem with existing network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset or autonomous role experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business/marketing/engineering or related fields.
• Proven ability to build relationships with Web3 clients and partners.
• Strong interest in crypto Twitter and blockchain conferences.
• Willingness to travel to conferences 4–5 times per year.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media tools.

Aufgaben

• Act as brand ambassador; build network and brand recognition at meetings and conferences.
• Monitor collaboration requests; initiate discussions and route needs across the company.
• Support customer journey with operational and administrative tasks.
• Provide operational and strategic support for marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with management and security engineers on future initiatives.
