UBS, a leading global wealth manager, invites ambitious students to join the 2027 Internship Program within the Wealth Management Switzerland team. Based in Bern, you will support client advisors across private, corporate and institutional clients, while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

The six-month paid internship includes exposure to day-to-day operations, learning from seasoned professionals, and a potential path to the Graduate Talent Program after graduation.

Qualifikationen

• Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than 12 months ago.
• Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss grading scale.
• Values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Excellent command of German.

Aufgaben

• Support client advisors in day-to-day work to increase client satisfaction.
• Coordinate projects with stakeholders and learn project management and business development.
• Engage with the Wealth Management Switzerland team in Bern to understand client needs.
