Qualifikationen

• Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago.
• GPA of 4.5 or higher on the Swiss scale.
• Ability to evidence how AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Fluent in German with good English.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative.
• Strong customer orientation and professional appearance.
• Initial practical experience in economics, banking or finance is advantageous.
