UBS invites ambitious students to its 2027 Internship Program within Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) in Switzerland. This paid internship runs for six months and starts in February 2027, located in Lucerne and Zug, offering hands-on experience with market development, meetings, and end-to-end client interactions.

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland.
The Corporate & Real Estate division in Central Switzerland comprises the Corporate Clients and Construction & Real Estate segments and serves small, medium-sized and large companies. You will work in the Business, Sales and Risk Management departments in Lucerne and Zug. Together with the regional management and the representatives from the market areas, we are actively developing this business area. You will gain a very versatile insight into how customer service for corporate clients is conducted, where the challenges lie and how these challenges are responded to.
Start Date: February 2027
This paid internship will last 6 months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
