UBS, a leading global wealth manager, invites ambitious students to join the 2027 Internship Program within the Wealth Management Switzerland team. Based in Bern, you will support client advisors across private, corporate and institutional clients, while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

The six-month paid internship includes exposure to day-to-day operations, learning from seasoned professionals, and a potential path to the Graduate Talent Program after graduation.

Qualifikationen

• Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than 12 months ago.
• Competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss grading scale.
• Values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Excellent command of German.

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Wealth Management Switzerland team.

You’ll Get To

• build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
• support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction
• coordinate projects with various stakeholders and acquire know-how in project management and business development

Your team

You’ll be working in the Executives and Entrepreneurs team in Berne. The Client Advisors are located in different branches all over the canton of Berne, with a hub in Berne city. We are an open, very experienced and focused team. Our core clients are wealthy private individuals with an entrepreneurial background. We are looking forward to gaining new impulses and perceive your passion while working with you.

Your expertise

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than 12 months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has an excellent command of German

Your program

This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day‑to‑day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
