• Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated within the last 12 months.
• Previous internship experience preferred in IB or Global Markets.
• Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Italian/French/German a plus.
• Motivated for a high-demand, deadline-driven business.
• Able to evidence experimental and responsible use of AI to improve outcomes.
