We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Internship Program within our Investment Bank, Global Banking business.

As a Global Banking Intern you will be an integral part of our day-to-day business and will:

• get valuable insights into our business and learn all about mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and leveraged finance
• be involved in advising on and executing merger and acquisitions, spin-offs, debt and equity financings, and other corporate advisory services and transactions
• analyze complex situations and develop the best strategy to maximize our clients’ diverse objectives

Your team

You’ll be working in Zürich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business. As a division we are trusted advisor to corporates and financial sponsors with regards to mergers and acquisitions (including carve-outs, exchange offers, corporate and sponsor backed transactions), capital markets (covering all stages from equity capital raising to disposal as well as all debt and sustainability-related debt instruments) and financings (leveraged finance solutions, transaction and non-transaction-related), supporting them on their most important transactions and decisions.

• is currently enrolled in studies with a graduation date late 2027 or 2028
