You will be the second-line owner for incidents, coordinate releases, and help onboard new clients while driving continuous improvement across the platform.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years managing production-grade fintech platforms.
• Experience with incident management and RCA.
• Experience coordinating releases across technical/vendor teams.
• Familiarity with DORA/regulatory considerations.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day wallet infrastructure stability and performance.
• Act as second-line owner for production incidents and triage.
• Plan and coordinate platform releases with engineering/QA.
• Support client onboarding and conformance testing.
• Configure platform settings to meet client needs and maintain docs.
