Zusammenfassung

Crypto Finance AG, part of Deutsche Börse Group, seeks a Cross-Product Platform Owner to keep the platform and run-the-business workflows smooth. You will fine-tune via improvements and bugfix tickets and assist clients with integration via APIs and workflows.

You will bridge front office, clients, and technology, ensuring scalable, customer-centric platform capabilities and APIs across products and accounting workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally 5+ years in Product Owner/Platform Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and interoperability.
• Experience helping customers with technical integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the cross-product platform strategy and integration roadmap.
• Define and optimize workflows that connect multiple products and services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align capabilities with needs.
• Support customers and partners in API-based integrations.
• Gather feedback and translate requirements into platform improvements.
• Work with Engineering to prioritize and deliver platform enhancements.
• Ensure a scalable, user-centric experience across all solutions.
• Provide guidance for API usage, integrations, and workflow design.
• Own platform capabilities for Operations tasks and activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting-related data flows.
• Serve as platform expert and L2 support for incidents.
• Act as business release manager for deployments and release notes.
