Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of production platform operations or management in financial services is required.
• Knowledge of trading systems, order-management workflows, API connectivity, release coordination, incident analysis, and backlog management.
• Preferred experience includes digital-asset infrastructure, market making, low-latency or high-frequency trading, Confluence documentation, client or vendor onboarding, custody, wallets, and post-trade systems.

Aufgaben

• The role operates and improves trading platforms, manages second-line production incidents, and coordinates releases and change control.
• Production tickets, improvement backlogs, application configuration, and knowledge resources remain part of the daily operating scope.
• Institutional client integrations require connectivity through FIX, REST, and WebSocket APIs; supports conformance testing and coordinates with clients, vendors, cloud teams, engineering, trading, operations, relationship managers, and delivery partners.
