Crypto Finance AG in Zurich is seeking a Cross-Product Platform Owner to keep the platform and run-the-business workflows running smoothly, continuously refining it with improvements and bug fixes. You'll support clients to integrate with our platform, test their workflows, and enable scalable, customer-centric solutions.

This role requires strong API and systems integration knowledge, plus experience bridging front office, clients, and technology.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Owner/Platform Owner roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and interoperability.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the cross-product platform strategy and integration roadmap.
• Define and optimize workflows connecting multiple products and services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Support customers and partners in integrating solutions via APIs.
• Gather feedback and translate requirements into platform improvements.
• Work with Engineering to prioritize and deliver platform enhancements.
• Ensure a scalable, user-centric experience across solutions for customers and Operations.
• Provide guidance for API usage, integrations, and workflow design.
• Own platform capabilities related to Operations tasks and activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting-related data flows.
• Act as platform expert and Level 2 support for incidents.
• Serve as business release manager for deployments with testing and notes.
• Nice-to-have knowledge: accounting principles, ERP; Agile environments; workflow automation.
• Nice-to-have: end-to-end workflows including basic accounting (T-accounts).
• Nice-to-have: operational workflow management and swift-based payments/reports.
