• Ideally, at least 5 years of experience in Product Owner, Platform Owner, Business Analyst, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interoperability.
• Experience supporting customers or partners with technical integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the cross-product platform strategy and integration roadmap.
• Define and optimize workflows that connect multiple products and services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Support customers and partners in integrating solutions through APIs and other technologies.
• Gather customer feedback and translate requirements into platform improvements.
• Work with Engineering to prioritize and deliver platform enhancements.
• Ensure a scalable, user-centric experience across products for customers and Operations.
