• Monitor Swiss credit portfolio and identify early warning signs of risk.
• Evaluate risk profiles considering industry trends, borrower financials and collateral.
• Provide independent credit decisions in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement actions for troubled lending, including workouts.
• Collaborate with Credit Structuring, Front Office, Legal and Operations.
