Responsibilities

• Approve new and existing credit exposures within authorized limits.
• Ensure credit exposure is structured and approved per policy.
• Assess risks, manage renewals, amendments and new transactions.
• Monitor portfolio and escalate issues.
• Mentor and coach junior officers.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve risk management.
• Communicate independent views to partners and senior leadership.
