Thomson Reuters Corp. in Zug, Switzerland, seeks a Vice President of AI Editorial Innovation to lead the strategic integration of AI across editorial products and workflows.

You will drive the innovation agenda, partner with Editorial Product and AI Editorial teams, and ensure responsible AI use within content production and distribution. You will lead the Strategy & Business Operations, guide budgeting and planning cadence, and oversee Royalties with a focus on modernization, growth, and value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product, technology, innovation, or operations leadership roles, ideally within media or editorial environments.
• Direct experience leading product management and/or AI teams with responsible experimentation.
• Track record of building innovation portfolios and driving large-scale transformation.
• Experience leading through senior functional leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Product Management and AI Editorial to shape the roadmap for AI in editorial products and workflows.
• Set planning, cadence, and resource allocation across the portfolio; lead executive communications.
• Oversee Strategy & Business Operations and Royalties, driving value realization and risk management.
• Lead leadership with accountability, foster a culture of learning, and build internal innovation capability.
