Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product, technology, innovation, or operations leadership roles, ideally within media, publishing, content, or a similarly editorial environment.
• Direct experience leading product management and/or AI teams, with a strong grasp of emerging technologies, responsible experimentation, and how AI is applied in practice.
• Track record of building innovation portfolios and driving organizational or technology-led transformation from concept to pil

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management (Editorial) and AI Editorial leadership to shape direction and define the roadmap for AI-enabled editorial products and content workflows.
• Own planning, innovation, and operating cadence for editorial leadership, including goal-setting, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility into progress, innovation pipeline, adoption, and value realization across the portfolio.
• Provide leadership oversight of Strategy & Business Operations and Royalties to drive modernization and growth.
• Lead and develop the Business Operations and Royalties functions while partnering with other leaders across product, technology, and editorial teams.
