Job summary

Thomson Reuters Enterprise Centre GmbH in Zug seeks a Director, Product Portfolio Management to lead investment prioritization, capital planning, and portfolio rationalization across product teams and functions. You will drive profitability analysis, maintain portfolio taxonomy, and steer AI-enabled decision support for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, product strategy, or product operations.
• Strong track record of managing processes and building relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, including the synthesis and simplification of complex ideas.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Understanding how product, engineering, and design work together, to place portfolio and investment decisions in context.
• Financial modeling and profitability analysis (ROI, IRR, NPV) to inform investment trade-offs.
• Fluency with and enthusiasm for AI tools for analysis and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual capital planning cycle.
• Own end-to-end prioritization of product investment and funding decisions.
• Drive product profitability and portfolio rationalization across the portfolio.
• Maintain a master product list and portfolio taxonomy.
• Track business cases and investment decisions through lifecycle.
• Apply AI to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and decision support.
• Collaborate with Finance on capital allocation and profitability.
• Support resource and people planning.
• Distill the portfolio story for leadership and investors.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Strategy.
