Job summary

Thomson Reuters, based in Zug, Switzerland, seeks a VP of AI Editorial Innovation to lead product and technology innovation across Editorial operations and Royalties. You will partner with Editorial Product and AI Editorial leaders to set the AI roadmap, drive new models, and shape how content workflows evolve.

This is a senior general management role requiring strategic execution and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years in product, technology, or operations leadership within media/editorial environments.
Experience leading product management and/or AI teams.
Track record of building innovation portfolios and transformation programs.
Experience leading senior functional leaders across cross-functional teams.
Strong executive communication and storytelling with data-driven investment cases.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Management and AI Editorial to shape the AI roadmap for editorial products/workflows.
Lead planning and operating cadence for the editorial leadership team and allocate resources.
Oversee royalties strategy and governance, forecasting, and performance improvements.
Provide leadership for the Strategy & Business Operations function with data-driven methods.
Incubate cross-cutting innovation initiatives and align with executives on value realization.
Build dashboards for visibility into progress, pipeline, and value realization across portfolios.
