Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Account Manager Vascular for Central- and East Switzerland. Based onsite in Zürich or surrounding regions, you will drive sales of our vascular therapies and high-growth technologies, coordinating with clinical and procurement teams.

You’ll build customer relationships, develop concepts, lead workshops, and travel to international congresses as needed. A biomedical engineering or equivalent background with 3–5 years sales experience in medical technology is

Qualifications

• Degree in biomedical engineering, a comparable degree, or commercial/clinical education (MTA/MTRA).
• 3–5 years of professional sales experience in consulting-intensive products, ideally medical technology.
• Open, positive personality with a strong deal-closing mindset.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to secure deals.
• Strong MS Office skills; fluent German and English; French helpful.
• Willingness to travel and flexible working hours; resident in the sales area; driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support therapies with our High Growth Technologies portfolio (e.g. Drug-Eluting Stents and Balloons, EKOS for Pulmonary Embolism, Atherectomy- and Thrombectomy-systems).
• Grow Core products (e.g. Stents, Balloons, Guidewires) at existing and new customers.
• Align customer activities with other team members for consistency.
• Serve as contact for medical management, medical staff, and purchasing.
• Prepare and execute negotiations in a safe, compliant manner.
• Create customer-specific sales concepts and enable implementation.
• Organize workshops, accompany customers to master classes and visits to (international) congresses.
