Job summary

Qualifications

Seven+ years of UX design experience including user research.
Experience leading large-scale digital initiatives.
Experience in multilateral or international organizations.

Develop and oversee UX strategy with governance across units.
Define user research standards and methodologies.
Advocate for the user perspective throughout design processes.
Provide expert advice on improving external business applications.
Drive product design by creating high quality designs and user journeys.
