Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer, legal professional, or accountant preferred.
• Significant experience within a trust company, fiduciary services provider, private client practice, family office, or wealth management environment.
• Strong knowledge of trust, fiduciary, corporate, and private client structures.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growth.
• Fluent English required; French strongly preferred. Additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, intermediaries, family offices, and professional advisers.
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients on trust, fiduciary, succession, governance, and wealth structuring matters.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the Company's strategic objectives.
• Represent the Company at client meetings, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.
• Lead client onboarding processes and oversee the ongoing management of client relationships.
• Support, mentor, and develop members of the trust administration and support teams.
• Foster a collaborative, client-focused, and high-performance culture.
• Assist in resource planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight on complex client matters.
• Support the day-to-day management and overall operation of the Trust Company.
• Contribute to the implementation of business strategy, operational improvements, and growth initiatives; participate in management meetings.
