Aufgaben

• Gérer la comptabilité au jour le jour d’un portefeuille de trusts, sociétés et fondations dans divers ressorts internationaux, y compris des entités suisses.
• Tenir des registres comptables exacts, effectuer les conciliations bancaires et bilan, et garantir l’intégrité des données financières.
• Établir les états financiers annuels et les documents de travail conformes aux normes comptables applicables.
• Participer à la préparation des déclarations fiscales suisses pour des entités simples.
• Produire des rapports financiers et des informations de gestion pour les clients, fiduciaires et autres parties prenantes.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Trust Officers et les collègues pour offrir un service client fluide et de haute qualité.
• Identifier des opportunités pour améliorer les processus comptables, les contrôles et l’efficacité opérationnelle.
• Apporter un soutien technique en comptabilité et contribuer aux initiatives d’équipe et projets ad hoc si nécessaire.

Position:
Due to continued growth, our client, a leading independent trust company, is looking to strengthen its Client Accounting team in Geneva. Joining a busy, close-knit team, you will work closely with the Managing Director, fellow Trust Accountants and Trust Officers, taking ownership of a varied portfolio while contributing to a collaborative environment where quality, professionalism and exceptional client service are at the heart of the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting of a portfolio of trusts, companies and foundations across a variety of international jurisdictions, including Swiss entities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Prepare annual financial statements and supporting working papers in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Assist with the preparation of Swiss corporate tax returns for straightforward entities.
• Produce financial reports and management information for clients, trustees and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with Trust Officers and colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless, high-quality service to clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, controls and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical accounting support and contribute to wider team initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.
