Our client is an independent and well-established organization providing tailored services to an international private client base. As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a Trust Assistant to join its Geneva office and support a team of experienced Trust Managers in delivering high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Trust Managers in the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of international private clients
- Assist with the preparation, review and maintenance of client documentation and records
- Coordinate communications with clients, banks, advisors and other external stakeholders
- Prepare payment instructions and monitor administrative processes to ensure timely execution
- Assist with the opening, maintenance and closure of banking and custody relationships
- Draft correspondence, meeting notes and various administrative documents
- Ensure internal databases and client files remain accurate and up to date
- Contribute to ongoing operational and process improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative support across the wider team when required
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private wealth, trust company, private banking, family office or a similar environment
- Strong understanding of client administration and financial services operations
- Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within an international environment
- Basic understanding of accounting, investments and financial statements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsTeam-oriented, proactive and service-driven mindset
