Finders SA in Geneva seeks an experienced banking accounting professional to manage general ledger, closings, and regulatory reporting. You will produce financial statements, monitor prudential indicators, and liaise with Operations, Risk and Compliance in a small team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking accounting in Switzerland.
• Proven experience in regulatory reporting (SNB / FINMA).
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SNB reporting via FIRE.
• Excellent command of Excel and standard IT tools.
• Fluent French and good professional English.
• Valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the monitoring of regulatory ratios and prudential indicators.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Your Role:

Working within a small team, you will cover a broad scope combining banking accounting and regulatory reporting, with direct involvement in the production of financial and prudential data. Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain general banking accounting, including the general ledger, journal entries and controls

Candidate Profile:

• Degree or professional training in Accounting, Finance or a related field


• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking accounting in Switzerland


• Proven experience in regulatory reporting (SNB / FINMA)


• Mandatory hands-on experience with SNB reporting via FIRE


• Excellent command of Excel and standard IT tools


• Fluent French and good professional English


• Reliable, rigorous, autonomous and proactive personality


• Comfortable working in a demanding, close-knit environment


• Valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland


• Resident in Switzerland or in the nearby cross-border area around Geneva (cross-border commuters accepted)
