Job summary

Union Bancaire Privée is seeking an experienced Programme Management professional to support a major transformation initiative across Trading, Treasury and Wealth Management. The role focuses on governance, planning, reporting and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in PMO, a university degree, and experience in private banking. Strong English, leadership and MS Office skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in project or programme management, PMO or a related role.
• Experience in Private Banking is a strong advantage.
• University degree.
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare and facilitate project meetings.
• Prepare and publish project reporting and presentations for senior management and Executive Committees.
• Monitor project interdependencies and assess their potential impact.
• Maintain action, risk, issue and decision logs, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Ensure stakeholder and sponsor engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify risks, issues and delays, and escalate to governance as needed.
