Job summary

UBP - Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks a PMO professional to drive a Group Risk Management GRC tool deployment as part of the 2nd line of defense. You will coordinate data readiness, governance, and end-user adoption with IT, Risk, and Business stakeholders across locations.

The role focuses on delivering end-to-end deployment, from preparation to post-implementation, with data quality, reporting, and training components in a heavily regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing GRC tools or similar control and reporting features.
• Business-side project management experience is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as central data mapping, loading, and quality reviewer.
• Contribute to specifications, access management, and deployment.
• Support deployment activities and end-user champions across locations.
• Design, deliver, and maintain end-user training materials and paths.
• Collect and prioritise user feedback; report on deployment progress.
