Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva is seeking a senior project manager to enable the Cash department to deliver transformation, improve processes, and strengthen controls. You will drive cross-functional initiatives spanning transfers, FX, treasury operations, and client interfaces, focusing on automation and quality while limiting BAU work.

You will coordinate stakeholders, chair governance bodies, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with group standards and regulatory changes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading cross-functional projects in financial services.
• Ability to map and optimize processes and controls.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort working with audit, risk and compliance perspectives.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate Cash Services projects end-to-end (target operating model, process improvements, automation).
• Own project lifecycle from scope to post-implementation reviews and RAID logs.
• Ensure alignment with group standards, audit recommendations and regulatory changes.
• Act as coordination hub between Cash teams, IT, Front Office, Treasury, Compliance and Legal.
• Track KPIs/SLAs, produce management reporting and dashboards, drive action plans.
