Job summary

LHH is recruiting on behalf of a Geneva-based client for a Senior Project Manager with a focus on Compliance, Risk and Front Office workstreams. The role requires a strong track record, programme governance expertise and collaboration across teams.

Fluent French and professional English are expected. The successful candidate will structure and steer complex transformation programmes within Private Banking or Wealth Management, ensuring regulatory alignment and effective governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years experience, including 8 years in Private Banking or Wealth management.
• Minimum 2 transformations programmes (similar size).
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss Framework (FINMA, AMLA/FINMA, AMLO).
• Proven track record in program governance and reporting to senior management bodies.
• Fluent in French and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Structure and steer the Compliance, Risk and Front Office workstreams (integrated plan, milestones, dependencies, budget).
• Support the program manager to run program governance.
• Ensure consistency between regulatory requirements and changes to Front Office processes and systems.
• Manage program risks, issues and decisions and change management.
• Coordinate teams, software vendors and service providers.
• Identify needs for expertise and propose activation of the pool.
