The role emphasizes cross-program dependency management, operating model design, data governance and ensuring coherent interactions between projects, systems and processes in Treasury, FX and related environments.

Qualifikationen

• 8–15+ years of banking experience and senior/lead BA profile.
• Exposure to Treasury, FX and FX Options environments.
• Role focuses on ensuring end-to-end coherence across multiple streams.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End Business Analysis: holistic view across functions and systems.
• Cross-Programme Dependency Management: map inter-stream dependencies and optimize sequencing.
• Target Operating Model: define future operating model aligned to Murex and Core Banking.
• Product and Business Process Analysis: specify front-to-back processing for Treasury products.
• Systems and Functional Architecture: assign system responsibilities and data flows.
• Data and Migration: define data ownership and migration rules across Murex and Core Banking.
• Controls and Reconciliations: refresh control framework and automate manual controls.
• Integration and Business Events: catalogue interfaces and information flows.
• Testing and Business Acceptance: ensure end-to-end coverage with UAT criteria.
• Cutover and Business Readiness: coordinate integrated go-live and operations preparation.
