Zusammenfassung

SpotMe seeks recent graduates for a Trainee Event Coordinator role in Switzerland. The traineeship runs from February 15, 2027 to August 13, 2027 and combines onsite and remote work, mentored by project leads and a Project Manager.

You will learn to deliver end-to-end events across webinars, virtual sessions, congresses, and symposia. During the traineeship you will build event apps in Backstage, coordinate with clients, and gain exposure to sales and business development.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English is required.
• Foreign languages (French/German/Spanish) are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end event delivery onsite and remote.
• Coordinate with project leads, vendors, internal teams and customers.
• Configure and test live engagement apps using Backstage.
• Assist with on-site event day coordination including logistics and AV.
• Post-event data analysis and reporting to improve future events.
