BCD Meetings & Events is offering a 12-month trainee program in the Zürich area to learn how to plan and facilitate unique meeting experiences for international clients.

This full-time role is designed for individuals who have completed an apprenticeship or are studying tourism, hospitality or event management, and who demonstrate a strong command of German and English and a tech-savvy approach to MS Office.

• Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written).
• Tech-savvy with MS Office suite.

Trainee Meetings Management (m/f/d)

Fulltime position, located in Zürich Area (Switzerland)

Start date: January 2027

Do you want to learn how to plan and facilitate unique meeting experiences? Are you looking for your ticket into the meetings management business?

We will show you, how to inspire people and how to create the complete range of meetings and conferences.

A SNAPSHOT OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Our 12-month trainee program: an accelerated learning journey in our meetings management department.
• You will learn how to transfer tailor-made ideas for our international customers.
• The term “meetings” rings a bell? You will explore how to create and plan unforgettable meetings and conferences.
• As part of the project team, you will gain insights into all relevant areas of the customer journey and the needed know-how.

How You Can Set Yourself Apart

• You have just completed your apprenticeship or are studying tourism, hospitality or event management and are looking for practical experience.
• We would like someone with an excellent command of the German and English languages (verbally and in writing) being tech savvy and on top of the MS Office Suite
• You are flexible, open minded and a real team player - your colleagues value your integrity, your commitment, and the joy of working together.
• Planning, designing and realizing is in your nature, as well as proactive thinking and acting.
