Evatec AG seeks an Export & Import Specialist to manage international trade, export controls, and compliance in our Switzerland operations. You will drive import/export processes and collaborate with global teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

You bring 3–5 years in foreign trade, strong German and English, and autonomous, process-oriented work style. The role offers a 100% on-site schedule in Vaud with modern workplaces and generous benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in import and export operations.
• Familiar with export control regulations and US re-export requirements.
• Completed further training in export, foreign trade or a related field.
• Ability to work autonomously, stay organized and maintain a clear overview in complex situations.
• German and English language skills and a structured, process-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Drive global trade operations: manage import and export orders from order intake through to final delivery and ensure smooth execution worldwide
• Share your expertise: be the go-to person for customs, transport and export-related topics, supporting stakeholders
• Ensure compliance: navigate export control and re-export regulations confidently and make sure all requirements are met
• Coordinate licences and approvals: export licences, letters of credit and bank guarantees, keeping track even in complex situations
• Optimize logistics: organize transportation, handle dangerous goods shipments and monitor freight and customs costs with a focus on quality, timelines and budget
