Zusammenfassung

Alstom in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Traction Systems Lead to guide eight engineers in requirements management, system performance, energy efficiency and compatibility. You’ll collaborate with project management, engineering and operations to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

You will develop the team’s technical and leadership skills, ensure standard processes and tools, and manage resources and priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical engineering degree required (HF/FH or higher).
• Leadership experience in traction systems or equivalent field.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills; ability to lead technical teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead eight traction system engineers in requirements management, system performance, energy efficiency and system compatibility.
• Plan and assign resources for execution and development projects; manage workloads.
• Lead the People Management Cycle (PMC) including development planning, objectives and performance reviews.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure standard processes and tools are applied.
• Provide technical and process expertise to support project execution and team development.
