agap2 Switzerland seeks a technically oriented Project Manager to lead engineering initiatives across the full lifecycle, from concept to delivery and validation, within rail, aviation, and related sectors.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and procurement, ensuring adherence to rail standards and customer specifications, while delivering clear documentation and reports to management and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or related technical field.
• Proven track record in technical project management in rail or transportation industries.
• Strong understanding of complex technical systems and integration processes.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Excellent communication in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Manage and oversee technical projects across the entire lifecycle, from concept through delivery and validation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with rail industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
• Act as a technical interface with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, status reports, and presentations for management and customers.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
