What You Will Do

As a Tour Guide at Guide Alliance part of Tourismus Group, you will be responsible for delivering smooth, engaging, and well-organised tours for international guests. You will lead variously sized experiences, share local knowledge, and ensure guests enjoy a professional and memorable visit, from the first meeting point to the end of the tour.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours in Swiss cities, mountain regions, and cultural locations
• Present historical, cultural, and local information in an engaging and accessible way
• Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests
• Manage daily tour logistics independently and efficiently
• Respond calmly and effectively to changes in schedules, weather, or guest needs
• Work closely with the operations team and partner companies
• Report on tour execution and guest feedback

What We Are Looking For

• Solid knowledge of Switzerland and its cultural and historical background
• Previous experience in guiding, tourism, hospitality, or related fields
• Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish)
• Clear communication skills and confidence speaking to groups
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility to travel and work weekends and public holidays
