GetYourGuide is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team of product managers and set strategy across the On-Trip domain. You will coach a high‑performing team and drive measurable outcomes on key surfaces such as fulfillment, AI resolution, and supplier coordination.

You will manage three PMs based in Zurich, reporting to the Director of Product, Traveller, based in Berlin. The role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic vision and requires occasional travel to Berlin.

Your mission

GetYourGuide's On-Trip product group owns the entire post-booking experience from the moment a traveller completes checkout through fulfillment, supplier coordination, and agentic care resolution. In the role of Group Product Manager you will lead a team of product managers, set strategy, coach a high‑performing team, and drive measurable outcomes on some of the highest‑leverage surfaces in the business.

• On-Trip Domain: Fulfillment (contextual UX, self‑service, modification and cancellation), AI Resolution (unified care and chat automation), and Supplier‑Traveller Coordination (off‑platform observability, supplier messaging, and coordination tooling).
• Manage three PMs based in Zurich, reporting to the Director of Product, Traveller based in Berlin.

Your toolkit

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize a complex, multi‑pillar strategy into a clear and opinionated thesis for executive audiences.
• Experience managing and coaching junior/senior/lead PMs with evidence that their output improved under your management.
• Strong commercial instinct: able to size problems with rough numbers, make ROI cases, and commit to metrics.
• Track record operating in an operationally complex domain—marketplace, payments, post‑purchase, or customer service technology.
• Comfortable with occasional travel to Berlin for stakeholders and leadership engagement.
