Strong technical education and experience in offer management are essential, and fluency in German and English is required for successful collaboration across teams. This on-site role emphasizes diligent documentation and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in offer management in a technical setting.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Responsabilités

• Project management: detailed study of documents of the request and identification of risks.
• Offer preparation: cost calculation and preparation of offer documents including detailed scope, technical standards and warranty data.
• Offer tracking: support in quotation tracking in collaboration with the sales manager.
• Project handover: check and update the offer, fill out necessary handover documents and attend transfer meetings with ITO-team.
• Compliance with company values and EHS regulations.
