Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a proactive professional for offer management and project coordination in Switzerland. You will manage detailed study of requests, assess risks, prepare offers with scope and standards, and coordinate with sales and ITO teams to ensure on-time submissions.

Responsibilities include cost calculations, risk identification, and handover documentation, with occasional business trips and strict adherence to EHS and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Technical education and (technical) University degree.
• Good experience in the area of offer management.
• Relevant experience in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Project management: Detailed study of documents of the request.
• Identification of risks.
• Clarification of customer requirements with internal and external stakeholders
• Occasional business trips to participate in technical project meetings
• Offer preparation: Cost calculation
• Preparation of offer documents including detailed scope of supply, technical standards and warranty data
• Determine technical risks in accordance with quality guidelines
• Submission of the offer based on the required date
• File and store the offer
• Offer tracking: Support in quotation tracking in collaboration with the sales manager.
• Project handover: Check and update the offer if necessary
• Fill out the necessary handover documents
• Attendance at transfer meeting with ITO-team
• Compliance with company values and internal environmental, health and safety regulations (EHS). Compliance with the management system relevant to the position
