Zusammenfassung

Brugg Cables is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead end-to-end tender and quotation processes for high-voltage cable systems worldwide. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure robust cost calculations, pricing proposals, and contract terms.

You will screen incoming tenders, perform risk assessments, manage prequalification and vendor registrations, and support contract negotiations with the Sales Manager. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Requires degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in tender/bid management or related.
• HV cable systems experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms.
• Analytical and cost calculation skills essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end tender and quotation process for HV cables and accessories worldwide.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid teams across Engineering, PM, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, Legal.
• Screen tenders/RFQs and prepare bid/no-bid recommendations with Sales Manager.
• Prepare cost calculations, pricing, and contract terms.
• Conduct risk/opportunity assessments and maintain bid docs.
• Manage prequalification and vendor registrations; support monthly sales reporting.
• Assist in contract negotiations and respond to technical queries.
• Continuously improve tender tools, templates and processes.
