Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Switzerland invites an experienced tender specialist to join the Global Competence Center Power Conversion within the Power Grids Grid Integration Business Unit.

You will develop competitive bids and quotations, working with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to meet customer needs worldwide. You will help shape sales strategies, manage bids end-to-end, and ensure technically sound offers.

Formación

• Experience in bid management, sales support or project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a multicultural environment.
• Experience with Power Electronics or Grid Integration is desirable.
• Ability to work with cross-functional, cross-border teams and travel about 15%.

• Ensure seamless integration of Supplier offers risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and tender completeness.
• Bid presentation and technical support during customer meetings.
• Successfully transition negotiated projects to the project execution and engineering departments.

In this position you are responsible for tendering the Grid Integration portfolio with focus on Power Conversion (Static Frequency System Applications) Solutions. Your role is to create competitive bids, estimates, and quotations for our innovative solutions. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team and external partners to ensure that we offer the best solutions to meet our customers' needs around the globe. Your background

• You have previous experience in bid management, sales support, project management or similar.


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject


• Fluency in English and German. Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage


• You have great communication skills and the wish to collaborate in a dynamic and multicultural environment


• Experience in Power Electronics, MC Frequency Converters, Power Quality applications, or Grid Integration is desirable


• Skilled in collaborating within cross-functional, cross-border teams, while embracing flexible working arrangements


• Openness to travel approximately 15% of your working time
