This is a varied, hands-on assignment encompassing both professional and personal responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chairman, his family and colleagues across the business, ensuring that day-to-day activities, administrative requirements and wider projects are managed efficiently and to the highest standard throughout the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:
Business and Executive Support:
  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, correspondence, documentation and administrative priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, meetings, events and team gatherings.
  • Liaise with senior executives, external partners, professional advisers and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and format presentations, reports, letters and other business documents to an exceptional standard.
  • Conduct research, compile information and assist with ad hoc requests to support investment-related activities.
  • Oversee office administration, facilities and relationships with relevant service providers.
  • Assist with the organisation of internal meetings, corporate events and other business engagements.
Personal and Lifestyle Support:
  • Coordinate personal travel arrangements, itineraries and associated logistics.
  • Organise private events, family occasions and gatherings both locally and internationally.
  • Manage personal administration, household matters and residential property-related requirements.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and external service providers to ensure the smooth running of personal affairs.
  • Handle errands, confidential requests and a variety of bespoke projects as required.
  • Anticipate upcoming needs, resolve issues independently and ensure arrangements run seamlessly.
Technology and Process Improvement:
  • Use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, confidently and effectively.
  • Incorporate AI tools, automation and other digital solutions into everyday workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and introduce more effective ways of working.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a service-oriented professional who takes genuine pride in supporting others, anticipating requirements and delivering consistently high standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and composure when managing competing priorities or unexpected changes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Absolute discretion and integrity when handling confidential business and personal matters.
  • A strong service ethos and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Confidence using modern technology, with an interest in applying AI and automation to everyday tasks.

Previous Executive Assistant experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates with the right aptitude, attitude and transferable skills will be considered, with appropriate support provided where required.

Relevant backgrounds may include investment management, private banking, professional services, luxury hospitality or hotel management. Graduates of recognised hospitality management schools are particularly encouraged to apply.

Languages: Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, is essential.

  • Location: Geneva, Switzerland; primarily office-based.
  • Contract type: Temporary assignment.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 08:30–18:00.
  • Availability: Flexibility outside standard working hours will be required to accommodate business and personal commitments.
  • Work authorisation: Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Switzerland.
  • Start date: Immediate, or as soon as mutually possible.

This assignment would suit someone who enjoys a broad and varied role, thrives on responsibility and can quickly establish themselves in a demanding environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, adapting to changing priorities and delivering exceptional support from day one.
