Job summary

HID Global in Granges, Switzerland seeks a Temporary Business Continuity Support Specialist to maintain customer service and order management during a transformation project. You will act as a primary contact for orders, shipments and inquiries, coordinating with Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure continuity.

The role requires 2–3 years in relevant roles, ERP/CRM experience (Oracle/Salesforce), and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or related role.
• Experience in manufacturing or a supply chain environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for orders, deliveries, shipments, and inquiries.
• Manage order entry, maintenance, confirmations, and requests in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Logistics and Finance to ensure on-time fulfilment.
• Support returns, backlog management and credit hold reviews with Finance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams.
