Job summary

HID Global in Granges, Switzerland is seeking a Temporary Business Continuity Support Specialist (Customer Service) to maintain seamless order management and customer communication during a major transformation programme. You will support day-to-day activities across ERP, shipments, and order status while collaborating with Sales, Operations and Finance.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, multitasking, and attention to detail, with exposure to Oracle and Salesforce CRM and ERP

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or related role.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ERP/CRM experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, shipments, and inquiries.
• Manage order entry, maintenance, confirmations, and customer requests in ERP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Planning, Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support backlog management, RMA processing, and shipment coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
• Contribute to business continuity during the transformation programme.
