Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Temporary Business Continuity Support Specialist to backfill Customer Service during a major ERP transformation. You will manage orders, shipments, and inquiries while coordinating with Sales, Planning, Finance, and Operations to maintain service levels.

You will support ERP and CRM processes, monitor order status, and help manage returns and backlog. Excellent communication in English is required, with flexibility during transformation projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years in Customer Service, Order Management or Sales Support.
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide order management support and handle inquiries via ERP/CRM systems.
Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and returns with internal teams.
Monitor orders and escalate issues to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Assist with backlog management and credit holds in Finance collaboration.
Document and maintain accurate customer order records.
