Job summary

HID Global in Granges, Switzerland, seeks a Temporary Business Continuity Support Specialist to bolster customer service and order management during a major transformation. You will coordinate orders, shipments, and communications while supporting ERP and CRM activities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Planning, Finance and other teams, ensuring continuity and high service levels as the organization undergoes change. English fluency and detail-oriented multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a related role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, shipments, and general inquiries.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Follow up on customer requests and provide regular updates on order status and delivery commitments.
• Escalate customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage order entry, order maintenance, confirmations, and customer requests in ERP systems.
• Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on supply, shipment, or delivery issues.
• Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Process and coordinate Return Material Authorisation (RMA) requests.
