Accelleron in Baden, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage international order processing in the spare parts department. You will work on SAP-based order handling, quotations, invoicing, and coordination with logistics, across multilingual teams.

Strong SAP SD and MS Office skills, plus excellent planning and customer focus, help ensure timely delivery and compliance. On-call duties are required a few times yearly.

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical apprenticeship with additional training in a commercial field.
• Several years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proficient in SAP SD and MS Office.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented with good communication.
• Flexible and team-oriented.
• Willing to perform emergency service as scheduled.

Responsabilités

• Provide international service center support, in English and German.
• Process technical and commercial orders in SAP.
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Handle e-business transactions and invoicing.
• Coordinate with logistics and workshop on materials delivery.
• Create export and transit documents in SAP GTS.
• Provide shipping documents and assign transport orders.
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with dunning.
• Handle letters of credit with finance.
• Process customer complaints and insurance cases.
• Organize and monitor return shipments.
• Independent process controlling and continuous improvement.
• On-call duty approximately 6 times per year for 1 week.
