DHL Express (Schweiz) AG in Regensdorf is seeking a Telesales Executive FR/EN (m/w/d) 100% to manage a large SME portfolio and drive service adoption through proactive outreach. You will engage via phone, video and virtual meetings in a multilingual environment, focusing on growth and customer satisfaction.

The role requires sales experience, fluency in French and English, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Manage a portfolio of ~500 SME customers with around 2 million in sales responsibility via phone, virtual meetings and video messages.
• Proactively identify customer needs and promote DHL services for further development of customers in your portfolio.
• Acquire and retain new customers based on leads provided by the Lead Qualification department.
• Ensure current tariff and volume policy alignment in all activities.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• You manage a Customer portfolio of around 500 SME companies (+/- 2 million sales responsibility) through all communication tools as telephone, virtual meeting and video message. You are responsible to develop the activity of your portfolio and implement and retain new customers.
• Based on a proactive consultant approach, you identify customer needs and promote our services and further development of customers in your own portfolio
• You acquire and retain new customers based on lead provided by our Lead Qualification department
• You make sure that the current condition are in line with our tariff / volume policy

Do you have what it takes?

• A first experience in sales (training period or full job)
• Fluent knowledge of French and English (German is a plus)
• Pronounced communication and negotiation skills based on a consultant approach
• Excellent customer and service orientation and a strong quality awareness
• You are autonomous with organisational and self-discipline skills
• Team player in an international team and environment
• Interest and understanding in the logistics and transport business
• Comfortable with virtual communication tools (skype, team, zoom, loom)
