DHL Express (Schweiz) AG in Regensdorf is seeking a Telesales Executive (m/w/d) 100% to manage a portfolio of ~500 SME customers using telephone, virtual meetings, and video messages. You will develop activity, retain new customers, and promote our services with a proactive consultant approach.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum first experience in sales (training period or full-time).
• Fluent in French and English; German a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous with strong organisational skills.
• Team player in an international environment.
• Interest in logistics and transport industry.
• Comfortable with virtual communication tools (Skype/Teams/Zoom/Loom).

Aufgaben

• Manage a Customer portfolio of around 500 SME companies through all communication tools (phone, virtual meetings, video messages).
• Develop the activity of your portfolio and acquire/retain new customers.
• Promote DHL services and further development of existing customers based on a proactive consultant approach.
• Acquire and retain new customers based on leads provided by our Lead Qualification department.
• Ensure current terms align with tariff/volume policy.
