EPAM Systems in Zürich seeks a Technology Consultant specializing in Cybersecurity and AI Security. You will translate complex security challenges into clear business outcomes, build trusted executive relationships, and lead end-to-end security initiatives for institutional accounts.

You will shape proposals, manage cross-functional pursuit teams, and ensure smooth transitions from pursuit to delivery while maintaining a strong, evidence-based forecast and pipeline.

The Technology Consultant, Cybersecurity and AI Security role in Zürich sits at the intersection of commercial leadership and practitioner credibility, where trust is built through insight and delivery. Clients depend on solutions that protect their operations and reputation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute cybersecurity and AI security growth plans for assigned institutional accountsBuild trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, business executives, engineering leaders and risk leadersOriginate cybersecurity and AI security opportunities through client relationships, account collaboration, partner motions, market insights and delivery-led expansion and lead complex pursuits from qualification through solution shaping, proposal development, commercial negotiation and contract signatureOrchestrate contributions from account teams, sales, alliances, cybersecurity specialists, solution architects, delivery leaders, finance, legal and commercial teams and apply practitioner experience to shape credible, differentiated and deliverable client solutions across areas such as AI security, cloud security, data and identity security and security operationsTranslate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear business outcomes for executive and technical audiencesAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the opportunity lifecycleCollaborate with Business Development Managers, account executives, alliance teams, delivery leaders and cybersecurity specialists to create a coordinated client planEnsure a structured transition from the pursuit team to the delivery team following contract signature and maintain a qualified pipeline sufficient to support assigned commercial objectivesProvide disciplined and evidence-based forecasts based on client commitment, commercial progress, funding, competition and delivery readinessMaintain practitioner-led engagement through delivery transition and account expansionRequirementsExtensive experience in cybersecurity consulting, technology consulting, solution leadership, client advisory or business development and demonstrated success shaping and closing complex cybersecurity or technology services opportunitiesBackground in advisory, engineering, architecture, transformation or delivery supporting strong cybersecurity practitioner credibility and experience working with senior client stakeholders and navigating complex institutional accountsAbility to translate client challenges into differentiated solutions and commercially viable programs and experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams across account, sales, solution, alliance, commercial and delivery functionsExperience managing a substantial opportunity pipeline and operating against measurable commercial objectives and understanding of the full opportunity lifecycle from origination and qualification through contracting, mobilization and expansionKnowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, platforms and industry practicesSkills in executive communication, including written, verbal and presentation abilities for briefings, workshops and proposal discussionsExpertise in pipeline management, forecasting and CRM disciplineStrong commercial acumen and evidence-based decision makingAbility to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentNice to haveExperience working in one or more major industry sectors, such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, consumer, energy, telecommunications or critical infrastructureExperience with AI security, generative AI adoption, AI-enabled cybersecurity or AI-native engineeringExperience developing joint propositions or co-selling with strategic technology partnersExisting relationships with cybersecurity, technology, engineering or business executivesCISSP, CISM, CISA, cloud security certifications or comparable technical and industry credentialsWe offer5 weeks of vacationEPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Enhanced parental leaveExtended pension planDaily sickness allowance insuranceEmployee assistance programGlobal business travel medical and accident insuranceLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses• Please note that any offers will be subject to appropriate background checks• We do not accept CVs from recruiting or staffing agencies• For this position, we are able to consider applications from the following:- Swiss nationals- EU/EFTA nationals- Third-country nationals based in Switzerland with an appropriate work permit- Displaced people from Ukraine who are currently in Switzerland and hold, or have already applied for, S permits
