Roche seeks a Technical Product Lead for consumables in a global setting, accountable for product lifecycle, quality, supply, and cost management. You will lead cross-functional teams across suppliers, quality, regulatory, and development, shaping strategy and investments.

You will drive capacity planning, budget governance, and stakeholder alignment, including global presentations and risk management, with a strong emphasis on Lean/Six Sigma and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• 1-3 years of product leadership experience.
• Proven PLM experience across quality, supply, compliance, and cost.
• Experience in External Manufacturing with supplier interaction.
• Experience in strategy and capacity planning with business case calculations.
• Experience in IVD/medical device environments with regulatory documentation.
• Fluent in English and German for global stakeholder presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accountability for the product lifecycle including quality, supply, compliance, cost.
• Manage product changes, complaints, deviations, and production assets.
• Develop and implement capacity plans and business cases for investments.
• Chair Squad meetings, lead prioritization and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, procurement, and regulatory teams.
• Prepare Annual Product Review Report and identify mitigations.
• Represent External Manufacturing in system development and business teams.
• Track demand forecasts and trigger follow-up actions.
